Returns and Refund Policy

• Returns are valid for 7 days counting from the day first you receive the product (s) , while the product shouldn’t be defective.
• The returns of Fresh Food and frozen items are valid for 24 Hours only .
• Incase of receiving an defective item /Items please report to our customer service immediately to proceed for refund /exchange.
• The Refund timeline of the Credit card payment will be upon bank approval.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account . while it may take some time before your refund being Deposited .
